O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts and products to professional customers, and process COD payments. You will collect monies, handle customer returns, and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include customer service, stocking, merchandising, and occasionally assisting customers or serving as a cashier. Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point system.
• Possession of a legally required state driver’s license.
• Meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections prior to operating.
• Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and collected monies at all times.
• Pick up customer returns—new, warranty, cores—and complete driver return slips.
• Support store management with customer service, stocking, merchandising, errands, and stock checks.
• Occasionally assist customers, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising tasks when business dictates.
