Job summary

Hy‑Vee, Inc. is seeking a BDI Delivery Driver to provide prompt, friendly customer service and deliver products to customers. The role involves loading and unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness.

You will greet customers, learn their names when possible, and work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Typical hours are Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday shifts; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Deliver products to customers and collect payment.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post trip checks.
• Load/unload deliveries and stock shelves as needed.
• Greet customers, learn names, and assist with their needs.
• Follow schedule Mon-Fri with occasional Sat shifts (8:00AM-12:00PM).
• Adhere to Hy-Vee guidelines on personal hygiene and dress.
