Hy-Vee is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service in the Grocery department. The role involves delivering products to customers, greeting them in a friendly manner, and handling payments when needed.

You will maintain proper food safety standards, work with store teams, and ensure timely deliveries while following company policies and guidelines. A valid driver’s license is required and employees must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to store customers.
• Greets customers with a friendly demeanor and addresses them by name when possible.
• Delivers products to customers, collects payment, and makes change when necessary.
• Maintains food and groceries at proper temperature per safety standards and store guidelines.
• Reports to work as scheduled and on time; works with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists in other areas of store as needed and maintains delivery vehicles.
