Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a Delivery Specialist to transport orders to customers safely and on time, while delivering friendly and professional customer service. You will ensure daily delivery schedules are met and may assist in the Yard when deliveries slow to help reach weekly hours goals.

This full-time role includes health/dental/vision coverage after 30 days, disability benefits, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation and holidays, and growth opportunities within a family-owned company

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience with building materials or large items
• Valid driving record as required by state
• Team player with a customer-service mindset
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment preferred
