Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued to support diverse store teams. The position emphasizes professional customer interaction, route efficiency, and strict safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have legal state driver's license
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center on assigned route.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop.
• Maintain daily city route manifest and ensure invoices are signed.
• Log mileage and check fluid levels before daily operation and report maintenance needs.
• Clock in/out per company policy and drive safely and defensively.
