O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Georgia to operate company vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. The role requires safe driving, use of handheld devices, and precise mileage logging.

The position may involve assisting customers, merchandising, and general store duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ongoing communications with store management are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company policy.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using hand-held devices, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and secure; secure keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management; report maintenance needs or accidents to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and secure the vehicle at the end of the day; clock in/out per policy.
• Support additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and assisting customers as needed.
