Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a reliable delivery driver to transport parts and supplies to our stores and distribution center. You will operate company vehicles, adhere to schedules, and sign for stock transfers while maintaining a professional, customer-focused image.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, a clean driving record, bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred), and strong communication skills to coordinate with store managers.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route.
• Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure; follow accident report guidelines.
• Deliveries must follow schedule; report delays to supervisor and stores on route.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Check fluid levels and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly and ensure vehicle is secured at end of day.
• Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
