Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will process deliveries using handheld devices, obtain customer signatures, and ensure daily vehicle inspections are completed.

You will keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and cash secure, assist with returns, and support customer service and stocking as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using delivery fleet management devices, capture customer signatures, and update vehicle mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily vehicle inspections before operating.
• Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secured at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Assist customers and general merchandising tasks as needed.
