Compensation Pay Range
$15.00 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities also include collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and handling customer returns.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of vehicles, including daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies at all times.
• Handle customer returns and fill out return slips.
• Communicate customer issues or needs to management.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or damages immediately.
• Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are secured at day's end.
• Adhere to clock-in/out policies.
• Perform additional duties like customer service, stocking, merchandising, errands, and handling core returns as needed.
• Assist customers, serve as cashier, or support merchandising when required.

Skills/Education/Experience/Abilities

Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences, strong communication skills, adaptability to changing situations, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record per company standards.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ability to operate light equipment, multilingual skills (Spanish highly preferred).
