Job Summary

A Delivery Specialist promotes and teaches our brand's technical features to our customers.

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for our customers to drive loyalty
• Shows customers how to use the technology and features of the car they purchased
• Asks open-ended questions while demonstrating features to ensure customer understanding
• Stays current with product knowledge, especially new features and accessories, and the benefits these provide to the customer
• Provides every customer with an exceptional experience to drive loyalty

General Company-Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrives on time to scheduled appointments and maintains communication with salespeople as needed
• Meets or exceeds minimum requirements for Customer Satisfaction standards
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Upholds high ethical standards in all areas

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and computers
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed but simple written or oral instructions
