Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to accelerate platform adoption for Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, coordinate with Professional Services, and drive onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads on Databricks.
You will partner with Product and Engineering for new innovations, manage executive relationships, and steer multi-team delivery across complex accounts, with travel up to 30% as needed.

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform with Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers and help ensure customer success by maximizing the value they get out of our platform.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases by leading stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestrating specialized teams within Databricks, and creating plans and strategies. It is technical in that you will serve as the post‑sale technical lead across all Databricks products, leveraging your technical credibility to engage and communicate at all levels within an organization.
Local Pay Range: $180,000—$247,500 USD
