Job summary

Duncan-Parnell Inc. is seeking a multi-functional operations associate in Myrtle Beach to support branch activities, deliveries, and installations while assisting the team in meeting customer deadlines.

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn various aspects of the business from sign installations to print production and warehouse upkeep. Daily tasks vary with the needs of the team.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional, positive attitude when serving customers and supporting co-workers.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and drive safely according to company rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups.
• Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and maintained per guidelines.
• Complete site surveys as assigned.
• Prepare and organize materials for installations.
• Use power tools, perform basic painting, and assist with manual labor as needed.
• Work safely at heights on ladders and lifts.
• Perform quality checks on installation and delivery orders.
• Assist production to meet customer deadlines and support Myrtle Beach branch tasks.
