Duncan-Parnell Inc. is seeking a multi-functional operations associate in Myrtle Beach to support branch activities, deliveries, and installations while assisting the team in meeting customer deadlines.

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn various aspects of the business from sign installations to print production and warehouse upkeep. Daily tasks vary with the needs of the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups.
• Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and maintained per guidelines.
• Complete site surveys as assigned.
• Prepare and organize materials for installations.
• Use power tools, perform basic painting, and assist with manual labor as needed.
• Work safely at heights on ladders and lifts.
• Perform quality checks on installation and delivery orders.
• Assist production to meet customer deadlines and support Myrtle Beach branch tasks.

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers and team members as needs change throughout the day. Summary Of Job Duties

• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups
• Complete all deliveries and pickups accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate paperwork
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Complete site surveys as assigned
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for installations
• Use power tools, perform basic painting, and complete other manual labor tasks as needed
• Work safely at heights, including on ladders and in power lifts
• Perform quality checks on all installation and delivery orders
• Assist the production team as needed to complete work and meet customer deadlines
• Support the Myrtle Beach team with branch-related tasks as needed
• Help to keep the branch clean, organized, and well maintained
• Additional duties as assigned
