Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as showing customers how to use products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, supporting daily operations and community engagement. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $15.00–$16.50 plus benefits and advancement opportunities, with a schedule that includes weekends and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions in the United States and at least 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
