Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences in our fast-paced, store-based environment. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, both inside and outside the store.

We offer competitive pay from $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement. You’ll join a team that values service, safety, and community engagement across locations in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Must have a valid state driver's license with a good MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work an 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. schedule.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
