Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as showing customers how to use products.

You’ll work inside and outside the store, support day-to-day operations, and engage with customers in the community. The pay range is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, with a benefits package including PTO, holidays, health plans, 401(k), and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.
• The desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
