Coastal Elite Pro in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery activities, enforce safety and compliance, and drive efficiency. You will direct delivery staff, manage routing, analyze data for planning, and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training on policies, coordinating with drivers and other teams, reviewing productivity reports, and creating reports with software tools to identify improvements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related delivery operations experience.
• Leadership, problem solving, knowledge of safety regulations, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; defensive driving and HazMat certifications are a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Business or related field preferred. Experience of 1-3 years in a related role. Skills include leadership, problem-solving, knowledge of safety regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Certifications in defensive driving and HazMat are a plus.

Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, and operate computer equipment. Must demonstrate excellent computer literacy and communication abilities.
