Job summary

Nexus, a locally-run energy division, is seeking a motivated route lead to own delivery and service for propane operations. You will plan routes, run deliveries and service calls, and be the first call customers make.

If you have run routes, dispatched, or performed field service in fuel or HVAC, we'll teach you the product. We value work ethic and integrity, and offer ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (required).
• Experience in route logistics, delivery, dispatch, or field service.
• Integrity and follow-through in all tasks.
• Ability to talk to customers and make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery/service routes and then drive and work them yourself.
• Be the first point of contact for customers scheduling deliveries and service.
• Solve problems on the fly - trucks, schedules, and customers don't always cooperate.
• Support our sales team by ensuring a great post-sale customer experience.
• Work as a peer alongside our drivers and techs in a lead-from-the-front role.
