Job summary

ABC Outdoor Solutions, a division of ABC Supply Co., is seeking a Delivery Service Manager / Warehouse Manager to lead delivery scheduling and fleet operations in Florida. You will manage routes, driver hiring, and safety compliance in a fast‑paced wholesale environment.

The role offers opportunity to improve delivery efficiency, supervise drivers and handlers, and coordinate training and maintenance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Prior D.O.T knowledge required.
• Fleet and personnel management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route product deliveries.
• Ensure loads are within weight limits for each vehicle.
• Assign appropriate delivery vehicles to job sites.
• Route vehicles to service facilities for repairs as needed.
• Keep customers informed of delivery status.
• Ensure OSHA and federal road procedures are followed.
• Assist in hiring drivers and material handlers and manage their performance.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure repairs are completed.
• Schedule equipment training and ensure drivers are certified.
• Monitor and renew CDL licenses and medical cards.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm

ABCOS is seeking a motivated Delivery Service Manager / Warehouse Manager to join its team. Specific duties may include:

• Scheduling and routing product deliveries
• Making sure trucks are not overloaded and that all loads fall within standard weight limits for each vehicle
• Assessing job site delivery requirements and assigning appropriate delivery vehicles
• Resolving all vehicle safety issues by routing vehicles to the appropriate service facilities for needed repairs
• Keeping customers informed of delivery status
• Ensuring that all OSHA and federal road procedures are followed
• Participating in the hiring of drivers and material handlers, as well as their performance management
• Coordinating fleet maintenance and ensuring all repairs are completed properly
• Scheduling new equipment training for drivers and ensuring they are fully certified to operate the equipment
• Ensuring that all drivers' CDL licenses are current and informing drivers when their licenses or medical cards need to be updated

Specific qualifications include:

• Mechanical knowledge is a plus
