Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver in Stockton, CA. You will operate a local route delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role features three 12-hour shifts Fri-Sun starting at 1:00 A.M., with a base pay of $35.00/hour, potential quarterly bonus up to $5,200, and benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement required.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driving record and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Safely connect hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload.
• Use company iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing and compliance.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with customers.
• Monitor tank levels to prevent oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Primary Job Accountabilities

What You’ll Do

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting
