Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Maine in Brunswick, ME is seeking a delivery driver to support our fast-paced pharmacy operations. You will plan efficient routes, verify totes, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to facilities while maintaining strict privacy standards.

Essential duties include paperwork completion, vehicle maintenance checks, and collaboration with team members to meet deadlines in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute).
• Advance computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most efficient routes for each assigned route.
• Check totes and ensure orders are complete before departure.
• Deliver correct totes to facilities on time and safely.
• Exchange emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
• Pickup returns and refused medications following safety protocols.
• Complete all paperwork at end of shift.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with clients.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and arrange repairs as needed.
• Comply with patient privacy rules and traffic regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
