Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Services in Tulsa, OK, is seeking delivery personnel to handle route planning, package handoffs, and timely patient-delivery of pharmacy items. You will work on assigned routes, verify totes, and uphold privacy and safety standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements include high school diploma or GED and a valid state driver’s license, plus prior delivery or pharmacy-support experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• State Driver’s License required
• 2+ years of related experience; advanced degree may substitute for experience
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with multiple tasks
• Ability to use GPS and hands-free devices
• Read and follow directions and maps in English

Responsibilities

• Determine most efficient and logical route for each route assigned
• Check totes for assigned facilities to ensure order is complete prior to departure
• Delivery of correct totes to facilities in a timely manner
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed
• Pickup return items and refused medications following safety protocols
• Complete all paperwork/filing accurately at end of shift
• Present a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients
• Work with team members in special circumstances; be flexible
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report repairs as needed
• Complete deliveries within shift time while obeying traffic regulations
• Follow patient privacy rules per instructions
• Other essential duties as assigned
