Viking Electric is seeking a Delivery Router to optimize routes and support warehouse operations in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time onsite role focuses on timely deliveries, efficient routing, and coordinating with drivers to meet customer expectations.

Your experience in warehouses or logistics, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment will help drive performance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems (WMS a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily delivery routes by analyzing order volume and territory coverage.
• Monitor delivery activity throughout the day and adjust routes or resources as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Support sales teams with special delivery requests.
• Assist warehouse team with picking, checking, and loading trucks.
• Track and manage weekly/monthly mileage reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and overall operations.
