The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics, strong problem-solving, and solid communication skills, with basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems. Onsite role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily delivery routes by analyzing order volume and territory coverage.
• Monitor delivery activity and adjust routes/resources as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support sales teams with special delivery requests.
• Assist warehouse team with picking, checking, and loading trucks.
• Track and manage weekly/monthly mileage reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and overall operations.
