Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working Delivery Route Driver in Ohio. This full-time role pays $18/hr.

You will load, transport, and deliver products to client locations, ensuring cold products remain refrigerated and maintaining paperwork with vending attendants. Qualifications include being 21+, valid license (no CDL required), ability to pass the DOT Physical, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with product promotion skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and AVI team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load vehicle with products to service locations.
• Drive to client locations to transport products and food.
• Maintain refrigeration of cold food in truck.

• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants.
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Delivery Route Driver. This is a full-time position. The rate for this position is $18/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locations
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
