Job summary

L&F Distributors in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a Delivery Route Helper (without CDL) to assist the driver in delivering product orders and maintaining customer accounts. You will support delivery operations, rotate inventory, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate reporting, and strong customer relations as you help keep shelves stocked and displays set to standard.

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license (Class C) required.
Basic computer and math skills.
Strong time-management and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and assist in tasks.
Solid verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Learn and assist with all the driver’s duties, including vehicle maintenance, delivery, and safety.
Help stock shelves and manage out-of-stock and distribution issues.
Maintain and build displays and ensure shelf sets are up to standard.
Monitor freshness of products and ensure proper rotation or removal to meet company standards.
Assist with adhering to route schedules and ensuring timely customer deliveries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Assist the sales team with upselling products in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.
Complete all assigned training, seminars, and classes.
Assist with completion and submission of required daily reporting accurately and on time.
Perform duties in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Act as applicable.
Other duties as assigned by management or designee.
