Qualifications

• Must possess a valid class A or B CDL with necessary endorsements.
• Completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check is required.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial customers.
• Adhere to all safety codes and company policies.
• Work in fluctuating 8 to 12-hour shifts if needed.

Skills

Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
• Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
• Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
• Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts

The pay for this position ranges from $26.75 to $27.75, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance‑based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
