Ashley Furniture is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent to support delivery recovery and multi-channel customer communications across our Fulfillment Centers. You will be the primary contact for hot deliveries, manage VIP processes, and coordinate with RFCs, stores, and drivers to resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, with 1–2 years in fast-paced customer service, and experience with chat, phone, and email support.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1–2 years in fast-paced customer service.
• Excellent phone etiquette with patient and professional demeanor.
• Experience with chat, phone, and email support; proficient with computer systems.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle hot delivery recoveries and address immediate challenges.
• Monitor recoveries in real time to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with RFCs for same-day and next-day deliveries.
• Provide multi-channel support across driver chat, customer chat, and phone.
• Document VIP processes and maintain SOP adherence.
• Own every customer issue from start to finish and drive resolution.
