United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Driver Associate in Winchester, VA to support local routes, home daily, and serve customers with reliability. This role offers first shift Monday to Friday, 6am to completion, with competitive pay and incentive opportunities.

You'll receive on-the-job training for driving power industrial equipment, meet safety standards, and participate in wellbeing and benefits programs designed to protect health, finances, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.

• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday to Friday, 6am to completion.
• $19.90/hour

Maximize your earning potential at the company with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.
