Driver Associate

Schedule and Pay

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM until completion. Pay rate: $18.77/hr. Incentives: Earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals, with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Job Duties

• Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!
• Keep Your Edge – stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Always Learning – we offer on-the-job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

Qualifications

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• 6 months minimum experience in a parcel van or larger delivery vehicle
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
