McKesson is seeking a Driver Associate for local routes with a home-daily schedule. The position offers a starting wage of $20.25 per hour, with potential incentive pay that can increase earnings through goal-based bonuses and stretch opportunities.

You will operate on local routes, maintain a fast, accurate fulfillment flow, and enjoy benefits like health discounts and wellness programs. On-the-job training is provided to certify you on equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver's License (REQUIRED).
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history (REQUIRED).
• Must be 21 years or older (REQUIRED).
• 1-2 years of experience (PREFERRED).
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently sit/stand 3+ hours.
• DOT physical requirements must be met.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday - Friday, 5:30am until route is complete.
• $20.25 / hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Always Learning- We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
