Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience using manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
• Read and follow GDP Guidelines for Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per SOPs to manufacture PCB parts.
• Monitor manufacturing process and inspect for defects.
• Conduct regular quality checks on PCBs.
• Maintain accurate production logs and maintenance records.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Cross-train within other production functions as needed.
