As a delivery associate, you will manage orders, navigate efficiently, handle transactions, and ensure accuracy while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old with two (2) years driving experience.
• Possess a valid state driving license.
• Have a vehicle that is properly maintained and street-legal.
• Pass applicable MVR and background checks.
• Ability to read a map and use GPS directions within delivery area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide accurate monetary change.

Responsibilities

• Makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Deliver professionally and promptly to encourage repeat customers.
• Prioritize efficient routing with store and dispatcher oversight.
• Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and appreciation.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
