Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during fast-paced operations.
• Communicate clearly with store management and team members.
• Provide excellent service to encourage repeat customers and timely deliveries.
• Maintain contact with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
• Handle currency and credit transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety, preparation and presentation guidelines.
• Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent service.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with prep and restocking as needed.
• Read order slips and prepare orders accordingly, sometimes handling multiple orders.
• Clean, stock, and restock work stations and displays.
• Adhere to all policies and perform other duties as assigned.
