Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a delivery driver to join Team Washington, Inc. in the Washington, DC area. You will deliver pizzas and other items to customers, maintain high service standards, and communicate effectively with the store team and customers.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to perform cash handling and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You may interact with customers and assist in prep and store duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience
• Have access to a properly maintained, insured vehicle
• Able to pass background checks and MVR
• Able to read maps and use GPS within delivery area
• Capable of making correct monetary change and handling cash transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and management
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Makes pizza deliveries to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure items meet needs.
• Maintains high standards of customer service during busy operations.
• Communicates clearly with management and teammates.
• Delivers professionally and promptly to encourage repeat business.
• Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Follows safety procedures for food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Prepares orders according to specifications and may handle multiple orders.
• Keeps work areas and display cases clean and stocked.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adapts to changing priorities and takes initiative for extra tasks.
