Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cash handling accuracy.
• Proficient with computers, order entry, and GPS navigation.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations.
• Accurately process orders, including receiving phone orders and using computer systems.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring correct monetary change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and traffic laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to management.
