Job summary

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Expert in Suffolk, VA to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. You will operate the delivery vehicle, process orders, handle payments, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency, while supporting store operations and occasionally assisting with in-store duties. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of Suffolk area and strong navigation skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including order entry and GPS navigation.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry deliveries (up to 25 pounds).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in food delivery or customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations.
• Accurately process customer orders, including receiving phone orders and using computer systems.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring correct monetary change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and traffic laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to management.
• Assist with additional in-store tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning.
