Delivery Partner Manager, Amazon Logistics

Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure timely deliveries. As a Delivery Partner Manager, you’ll foster strong relationships with our partners, assist in implementing efficient processes, and resolve any issues to maintain successful partnerships.

Key job responsibilities

1. Support last-mile delivery partners across Germany, Netherlands, and Austria to meet compliance requirements and prepare routes.
2. Hold regular meetings with partners.
3. Resolve partner pain points.
4. Use data to evaluate partner performance and support improvements.

A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our sites, staying close to the delivery process to oversee partner relationships, from contract management to performance tracking. Clear communication is essential, and you’ll maintain daily contact with partners to ensure they have what they need for timely deliveries.

About the team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party businesses, focusing on continuous improvement to enhance customer experience. Our team includes ‘under the roof’ associates handling product dispatch and ‘on the road’ personnel working with Amazon Flex contractors. We innovate with new delivery services and sustainable vehicle options, including Electric Vehicles, to reduce our carbon footprint.

Minimum qualifications

• A degree.
• Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in verbal and written German and English.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using data analytics to solve performance issues.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution.
• Stakeholder communication experience.
• Degree in business management, economics, law, engineering, or supply chain and logistics.
