Job summary

Gracious Hospitality Management is launching COQODAQ, a new fried chicken concept in NYC, two blocks from our COTE NYC location. The Food Delivery Packer supports takeout and delivery operations in a full-service kitchen and dining environment.

Pay Transparency: New York Pay Range: $20 USD - $23 USD. Eligible for benefits as a full-time/part-time employee, with training and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused company.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow written directions in English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned side work related to setup and breakdown of food delivery stations.
• Stock and organize supplies for food deliveries and to-go/delivery operations.
• Ensure coolers and walk-ins are stocked and clean with to-go inventory.
• Inventories and informs management when supplies run low for delivery items.
• Delivers to designated drop off area and hands off to customers, couriers, or staff.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and safety standards.
• Liaises between Front of the House and Back of the House teams.
• Notify chefs about items not prepared to quality standards.
