Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in delivery or logistics.
• Knowledge of delivery routes, scheduling, and vehicle upkeep.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery drivers and leads, providing training and feedback.
• Develop routes, schedules, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain records for driver logs, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales/customer service for on-time order processing and delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and compliant with safety rules.
• Oversee payroll activities including timekeeping and PTO approvals.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
