Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year of management.
• Knowledge of DOT guidelines and related regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed; willingness to work with safety protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office to write reports and communicate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Collaborate with peer supervisors to manage routes and transportation personnel.
• Enforce transportation policies; maintain equipment performance and safety compliance.
• Manage customer satisfaction through effective delivery and service.
• Perform daily admin tasks including time, expenditures and reporting.
• Train new staff and conduct evaluations; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Investigate and report accidents, injuries, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism and proper dress code.
