Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations, plan routes, and supervise drivers in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, KPI monitoring, and a customer-focused approach to ensure on-time deliveries.

The position offers a 4am start, Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a competitive base salary of $70,000 plus an annual target bonus. Strong leadership and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4+ years related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience.
• GED with 5+ years related experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement and motivation.
• Monitor KPIs and driver performance to meet department targets and address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards (DOT, OSHA).
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance schedules and workload for timely deliveries.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication to improve delivery efficiency.
