Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Delivery Operations Supervisor in Michigan. The role starts at 4am, Monday to Friday, with a base salary of $70,000 plus an annual target bonus.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO and education reimbursement. You will supervise daily delivery operations, plan driver schedules and routes, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and DOT/OSHA compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience or GED with 5+ years of specific experience and supervisory experience.
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning driver schedules and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Foster an engaged environment and motivate employees.
• Monitor driver performance and KPIs to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) through audits.
• Coordinate and adjust routes daily to balance schedules and demand.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and schedulingincluding planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement, taking responsibility for establishing and sustaining a culture where employees feel valued and motivated
• Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achievedby monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing any performance gaps to meet department targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) by conducting safety audits, ensuring driver adherence to protocols, and staying current on regulatory changes
• Coordinate and adjust driver routes daily to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationshipsinternally and externally through regular communication collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and meet overall business objectives
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
• CDL Class A license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
