Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a Supervisor, Delivery NFS to lead a team delivering and merchandising Coca-Cola products while meeting distribution goals.

You will onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, optimize routes, ensure safety and compliance, and train merchandisers using proper techniques. Prior leadership experience and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required; a Class A CDL is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a Class A CDL

• Ability to lead and develop a team

Responsibilities

• Partners with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding to ensure proper fit
• Lead and motivate a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to meet company goals
• Engage and develop teammates through performance coaching and training
• Implement continuous improvement while maintaining customer focus and company values
• Coach and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes to maximize productivity while ensuring customer service
