Job summary

Reddy Ice Corporation in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced delivery supervisor to lead the team responsible for ice product delivery. You will manage drivers, dock staff and route operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-time service across customers.

Required are a High School diploma, 5+ years supervising delivery personnel, and a valid CDL Class A with a clean MVR. This is a full-time on-site role with no remote options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and basic math skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of professional drivers.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A drivers license and have an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and review all delivery employees including drivers, forklift drivers, and dock clerks.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and assist with training.
• Prepare monthly estimates of staffing and equipment requirements.
• Maintain compliance documents and logs (Driver Qualification files, HOS logs, DVIRs).
• Investigate driver accidents and file proper paperwork.
• Establish efficient routing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and coordination with customers.
• Monitor vehicle and delivery equipment maintenance; approve and process related invoices.
