Qualifications

• Forklift certification and ability to operate an electric pallet jack required.
• Class A CDL License required with approved driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of delivery drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes.
• Assign and monitor delivery tasks based on priorities and workload.
• Track and report KPIs related to delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to drivers on performance and areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact between drivers and the Delivery Supervisor.
• Assist in onboarding and training new delivery personnel.
• Mentor team members in safety, policies, and best practices.
• Address and resolve operational challenges during deliveries.
