Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Delivery Driver Lead Trainer to support our wholesale trade operations. In this field-based role, you will train and coach drivers to uphold performance, safety, and service standards while conducting ride-alongs and reinforcing DOT policies.

You will partner with operations and dispatch to optimize routes, model loading/unloading practices, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or transporting food or goods in a customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies preferred.
• Ability to coach drivers in real-time and lead field-based training sessions.

Responsibilities
