Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor delivery tasks based on priorities and workload.
• Track and report KPIs related to delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to drivers on performance and areas for improvement.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations.
