Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering merchandise to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle.
• 3+ years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Wholesale distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and dispatching of all driver routes.
• Oversee pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT rules.
• Plan daily routes and optimize for drivers.
• Serve as primary contact for driver issues.
• Coach and train drivers on policies and procedures.
• Review order manifests for accuracy and completeness.
• Deliver customer orders within service area with professional service.
• Provide feedback on escalated customer service and sales concerns; assist with other duties.
