Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or Cirrus Fleet School.
• Current FAA Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating.
• Current 1st or 2nd Class FAA Medical.
• 500 hours total time or 100 hours in Cirrus.
• IFR in congested airspace, mountain flying, extensive IMC, international flight, and night experience preferred.
• Hold current and active Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument Rating.
• Junior or Senior in good academic standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all industry and Cirrus safety procedures and policies.
• Provide excellent and professional customer service.
• Participate as a member of a team of professional and dedicated employees.
• Provide support through administrative processes within the Delivery Operations department.
• Develop skills vital in a fast-paced work environment, including analytical skills and strategic planning.
• Make timely and accurate decisions regarding safety of flight.
• Record training events and results in pilot training records.
• Act as pilot in command for corporate flight missions when needed.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and related tasks.
• Manage travel expenses according to Cirrus policies.
• Continual learning of Cirrus Aircraft developments.
• Provide feedback for program improvements.
• Identify needs to elevate concerns as appropriate.
• Develop safety communication, recordkeeping, ramp operations, and fleet management methods.
• All other duties as assigned.
